Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel provided a large, quiet oasis with nicely decorated rooms. However, our stay was disrupted by flooding from another room, and the hotel did not compensate or acknowledge damages incurred.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. However, the dining options were a bit disappointing, and there were some smoke/steam clouds outside my room. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.
The hotel rooms were decorated nicely, clean, and well-appointed, with a small fridge for convenience but lacked a safe. The service was friendly and helpful, with various amenities included in the resort fees. The location was a bit distant from the casino floor and near hotel construction, although perfect for guests flying out the next morning. The dining options were amazing, especially the buffet. Overall, the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were located in separate wings, detached from the main building, but they were surprisingly beautiful and offered at a very affordable price. It made for a romantic getaway with my husband, thanks to the whirlpool bath tub and sauna shower. However, during Hot August Nights last year, it seemed a bit disconnected from the main hotel.
The Peppermill is overall quite an impressive resort with very nice staff. The rooms were very comfortable, with everything you'd expect from a high-end hotel. However, some areas like an old smoke stack had panels missing from the outside of the dresser and seemed in overall disrepair.
The hotel had very dark rooms with poor lighting but the Front Desk staff were very nice and the room was comfortable for sleeping. The service throughout the venue was extra friendly and they made our stay memorable. The location was convenient with helpful staff. The dining experience was a little average, and the facility had some slight issues. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few downsides.
My stay at the Peppermill was quite impressive, with large and clean rooms offering a view of Reno and the mountains. The resort overall was fantastic, and the staff was very nice. However, there were some issues with the key swipe and occasional noise disruptions from a crashing food cart near the stairs.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Although some noise from the hallway and early morning housekeeping can disrupt sleep, the overall cleanliness is commendable. The breakfast options may lack variety, and the location, while convenient for some, is not the most appealing. On the bright side, the service is considerate and accommodating, and the dining experience at Bimini Steakhouse stands out. Despite a few drawbacks, the facilities are well-maintained and satisfactory.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were much better than I expected, offering a very comfortable experience. However, they were quite small and a bit older, requiring long walks to reach other parts of the hotel. The service was friendly and very helpful, although a bit stand-offish at times. The location, while convenient to the VA Hospital and multiple golf courses, had some noise disturbances from a nearby stairwell. The dining experience was not worth the money, with greasy and poor-quality food. On the bright side, the facilities offered were above average, making for a satisfactory stay.
The hotel offers spacious and quiet rooms at a great value, perfect for a relaxing stay. The service is exceptional, with polite and helpful staff. The location is vibrant and Vegas-style, featuring attractive landscaping. The dining options may leave something to be desired, but the overall experience is excellent.
I had a bit of trouble finding the Jacuzzi tub and dual head shower in the room and was disappointed to learn they were unavailable due to a previous event. The room was somewhat dull, but it served its purpose despite not spending much time there.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. From the welcoming valet parking to the very comfortable room, I had a great experience. However, the room had a strong smell of perspiration, which was a bit unpleasant. The location was convenient and attractive, but the dining experience was a bit overwhelming with too many onions for my taste.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious, with a perfect bed for a comfortable night's sleep. The West Wing rooms on the west side were a bit noisy due to traffic, but overall, the experience was great. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect for our early morning flight out of the airport. The dining options were awesome, especially at the Milano Cafe. The facilities were excellent, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel's rooms, though across the street, were surprisingly quiet and comfortable, despite lacking a bit in aesthetics. The service, from the hardworking staff to attentive management, was exceptional. The location, with plush amenities and some noise issues, was made special by the presence of the Chi restaurant. The dining experience, while not perfectly exceptional, had its highlights. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, providing a satisfying stay.
Arriving tired and not expecting much, the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise with luxurious room amenities that made me feel like royalty. However, a minor issue with leaking towels slightly affected the experience. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was incredibly polite and inviting, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The Vegas-style location, close to the convention center, was superb, although the price for a deluxe room was a bit steep. The dining experience was enjoyable but on the expensive side, with a minor critique of overwhelming onions. Overall, a great stay with a few minor setbacks.
